This is our third move but the first one when we have used Capstick Dale, and it was by far the smoothest, bearing in mind – this is during the pandemic (when nothing is easy). Due to the pandemic there was limited face to face contact but just because we didn’t meet Lauren we didn’t feel that she was any less invested in our case.
