Property Solicitor

I trained at another Essex based Firm and then spent some time working in the West End before returning to work locally.

I undertake a variety of Property work including sales & purchases of freehold & leasehold properties, remortgages, granting/taking of leases. I have developed a particular interest in statutory and non-statutory lease extensions, acting for both landlords and tenants. I work to ensure that clients are kept updated throughout their transactions in order to ensure that matters run as smooth as possible. I work closely with local agents and brokers in achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with (chasing after) my two young children, as well as socialising with family and friends generally, and having good food and drink.

Aman is a solicitor who qualified in 2013.
