I have been qualified for over a decade specialising in residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and assisting David Grainger in commercial transaction. I also have experience in new build purchases and shared ownership transactions.

A large amount of my work originates from existing clients whether it is themselves or friends and family they have recommended as they trust the advice that I give them together with the high level of client care and support I provide. I like to focus heavily on client care and particularly on keeping people updated on the progress of the transaction and I try to provide a common sense approach to any difficulties that arise.

I have developed strong relationships with local estate agents, mortgage brokers and some small local developers. This helps to progress transactions for clients as we are able to work closely together.

Outside interests: I enjoy cooking all different types of food for my family and anyone who is brave enough to try it!
