Senior Property Solicitor

I have lived and worked in the Essex area all of my life. I qualified as a solicitor with a local firm of solicitors and have worked for other firms in the Essex area.

I specialise in commercial and high value residential property transactions. I act for commercial and business clients, company directors, property investors and people with property portfolios. I will deal with all types of commercial property transactions including drafting and advising on business leases, managing property portfolios, drafting licences to assign, leases, lease extensions and renewals.

I have been involved in all aspects of residential development and new build work from small developments through to large sites covering many acres with hundreds of houses and flats.

Outside Interests: As a new father to a baby boy I spend all the free time I have with him. Prior to fatherhood I was a keen cricketer playing for a local village team and I trained in mixed martial arts.

David is a solicitor who qualified in 2008.
