Conveyancing Property Team

I have been qualified as a chartered legal executive since 2022 specialising in residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. I also have experience in new build purchases. Prior to my qualification, I was a legal secretary/paralegal for over 10 years in residential conveyancing.

I have developed strong relationships with local estate agents, mortgage brokers and some small local developers. This helps to progress transactions for clients as we can work closely together.

I work to ensure that clients are kept updated throughout their transactions to ensure that matters run as smooth as possible.

Outside interests: I enjoy going to the theatre and spending time with family and friends.
