Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team

Having recently completed my solicitor training at Capstick Dale via the SQE route, I was admitted as a solicitor in December 2023.  Prior to this, I gained significant pre-qualification experience, primarily as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

My main areas of practice include:

• commercial litigation, predominantly acting for SME’s;
• property litigation, including boundary and right of way disputes, commercial and residential possession proceedings,
• consumer issues,
• injunctions,
• construction disputes.

In addition, I carry out a broad range commercial drafting; to include shareholders agreements, commercial terms of business and contracts of employment.

Outside interests: I enjoy watching and playing most Sports.  Until recently, I was a West Ham United FC season ticket holder for over 15 years.  I also follow the England and Essex cricket team.  I am a keen cook who is passionate about food and drink generally.

Louis is a solicitor who qualified in 2023.
