With well over 2 decades of experience I deal with commercial and civil litigation together with employment law including:

• Cohabitation Disputes under the Trusts and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996
• Landlord and Tenant
• Insolvency
• Employment claims in the Employment Tribunal, High Court and County Courts.
• Non-contentious employment law such as contacts, staff handbooks and TUPE.

When not at work I enjoy gardening, sailing, skiing, cycling and the odd flight here and there.
